The New Mexico State University Foundation conducted an alumni survey in September 2022. The goal of the survey was to understand what Aggie alums care about and how they perceived NMSU as students and now as alumni. The survey asked alumni what they want NMSU and our Alumni Association to prioritize as it evolves in the future. The survey yielded responses from 2,304 alumni—a 3.67% response rate.

GENERAL FINDINGS FROM ALUMNI SURVEY
Alumni want to know that the value of their degree is greater to them today than when they graduated, and understand what NMSU is doing to increase that value.
Alumni want to know that other alumni and their Alumni Association are playing an important role in improving the experience for current students.
Alumni are focused on how their degree helped them in their lives and particularly, how the degree is an enhancement to their career.
